Noni Sri Ayati Purnomo

Independent Commisioner

Noni has been an Independent Commissioner of ZAI since November 2022.

Noni holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) from the University of Newcastle, Australia, a Master of Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) from the University of San Francisco, United States, and lastly holds a Doctorate Honoris Causa (H.C) from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Noni started her career at Blue Bird Group in 1994 and is currently the President Commissioner of PT Blue Bird Tbk. Previously, Noni led the company as President Director in 2019 – 2021.

While Noni also sits as a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries/companiesaffiliated with PT Blue Bird Tbk. She is also the Chairman of Blue Bird Peduli. In addition, Noni is also a Director of PT Kerry Nex Express, President Director of PT Nusa Prima Express, and President Director of PT Amsaka Investama Sejahtera.
