Premium Payment Procedure for Zurich General Takaful Indonesia
The premium payment procedures that you need to know for the following insurance products:

A. Bank BSI Virtual Account
Transfer via ATM, BSI Netbanking, and BSI Mobile Banking
- Select “Payment” menu
- Select “Institution” menu
- Enter the name of the institution “2694 – PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia” and Virtual Account number as stated in the Debit Note
- Enter the amount of contribution to be paid
- Check the Virtual Account number, Insured Name, and contribution amount
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
B. Bank Danamon Virtual Account
Transfer via ATM, Danamon Online, and Danamon Mobile
- Select “Payment” menu
- Select “Virtual Account” menu
- Enter Virtual Account number as stated in the Debit Note
- Enter the amount of contribution to be paid
- Check the Virtual Account number, Insured Name, Name of Institution: Zurich General Takaful Ind, and contribution amount
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
C. Other Bank Account
Transfer via ATM with ATM Bersama network, ALTO, Prima
- Select "Transfer" menu.
- Select "Interbank Transfer" or "To Another Bank Account" menu.
- Enter the Bank Code and account number or Virtual Account number as stated in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of contribution to be paid.
- Check Account Number or Virtual Account number, Destination Account Name a.n. PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia, Minutes/Messages (if any), and the amount of contribution.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
- Open Tokopedia via application / web (link) and enter the "Top Up & Billing" menu and select "Insurance Premium“.
- Select insurance “Zurich Insurance” and enter the policy number, then click Check Bills.
- Enter the amount of contribution to be paid.
- Check Policy Number, Insured Name, Product, and Contribution Amount.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
- Enter Bank Code and account number as listed in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of contribution to be paid.
- Check Account Number, Destination Account Name a.n. PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia, Minutes/Messages (if any), and the amount of contribution.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
- Customers can make payments by requesting a Payment Link by filling out the form at bit.ly/linkpaymentzurich or by contacting Zurich Care (zurichcare.syariah@zurich.co.id)
- Customers can visit the nearest Zurich Syariah outlet that provides EDC machines.
Additional Information:
- If the payment does not use a Virtual Account, the customer must make a payment confirmation by :

- If there is a change in the billing/delivery address of the policy, the customer can contact Zurich Care at 1500 456 to request a change of address.
