ANT'Z (Awe-Inspiring Next Talent of Zurich)
Awe-inspiring Next Talent of Zurich (ANT'Z) is a 12-months development program that aims to build future leaders. It is open to fresh University graduates. In this program, the participant will be given opportunity to not only gain work experience, but also to learn about the insurance industry and Zurich.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 3.00 GPA, final year welcome to apply
- Max. 25 years old for Bachelor’s degree (S1) and 26 years old for Master’s degree (S2).
- Have strong analytical thinking, sense of business, and commitment to success
- Optimistic, takes initiative, collaborate with others and is a forward thinker
- Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken
- Actively involved in organizations or committee and shows passion
- Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia and all of our Zurich Entities

An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work or career interest.
Zurich Internship Program is an integrated internship program that encourages participants to take an active role in company activities and projects. You are expected to be able to provide ideas for improvements or real work results.
- Final year or fresh graduate from any major related degree with min GPA 3.00
- Optimistic, active, takes initiative, and collaborates with others
- Available for internship for a minimum 3 months, and maximum 1 year period
