Independent Commissioner
Ariyanti joined ZAI as an Independent Commissioner since May 2018.
With over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Ariyanti worked actively as President Director of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk (1996 – 2006) and independent commissioners in several companies.
In the education field, Ariyanti was the Chairman of Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti (2010 – 2020, and since 2006 to this day Ariyanti also is actively working as facilitator/instructor for various seminar/workshop/training related to good corporate governance, risk management, and insurance industry.
She has also been trusted several times by the Financial Services Authority to become Chairman of the SKKNI Review Team for Insurance and Member of the Selection Committee for the Selection of Candidates for the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (2012 & 2017), and as member of the assessment team for the Fit and Proper Test of Primary Parties in Insurance Companies to this day.
